We have conducted risk assessments of the different precincts within Flinders Uni and the risk posed by bushfires to each different area. We have provided reports detailing identified works to mitigate risk to the University and conducted audits of these reports during the course of our affiliation with the Flinders staff.

Claridge Construction engaged Brett Stephens to undertake a BAL Re-assessment on a very difficult site in the Adelaide Hills. The net outcome was the Private Certifier signing off on a reduction in BAL Rating from BAL40 to BAL29 and that saved our client almost $100,000 on that project. Brett was consultative, proactive, competent and persevering with several generations of inspections and documentation until we got the outcome. Cannot recommend SA Bushfire Solutions highly enough.
