Claridge Construction engaged Brett Stephens to undertake a BAL Re-assessment on a very difficult site in the Adelaide Hills. The net outcome was the Private Certifier signing off on a reduction in BAL Rating from BAL40 to BAL29 and that saved our client almost $100,000 on that project.
